Originally from Southern California, Desert founder, Alexandra moved to Amsterdam and noticed a shift in her self care routine. Her best accessory was always a nice sun kissed tan, but the lack of sun prohibited her from having a nice natural glow! 

Palm Springs is not only a near and dear place to Alex, but it also reminds her of relaxation, beauty, self care and well being. 

Throughout the years, Alex grew an interest in the beauty industry and worked at two of L.A.'s most prominent tanning salons where she got trained to airbrush to the likes of high profile clientele!

With her passion and love for beauty and customer service, she decided to share her expertise of airbrush tans with the rest of Amsterdam and bring the vibes of Palm Springs to the charming City of Canals!
